An initial thumbs up has been given to the proposed Marten Falls Community Access Road in the Far North.
The project recently under went an environmental assessment and now the public is invited to provide their thoughts on the project.
The road would connect the northern end of the Painter Lake forestry road to the community of Marten Falls.
The First Nation is located approximately 170 kilometres northeast of Nakina.
Written comments are being accepted by the federal government agency until October 1st.
