There is an advisory out due to the warm temperatures and all the rain.
The Lake of the Woods Control Board says the ground is still frozen and there isn’t much snowpack to absorb the rain.
As a result there may be flooding in low-lying areas.
At the some time, the Control Board says larger lakes in the region are not at risk of flooding.
In the meantime, conditions are expected to be dry and colder over the next week which should help the situation, but there still might be adjustments to outflow depending on the weather conditions.
