Organizers of Dryden Fall Fest 2022 promised a bigger and better year and so far they aren’t disappointing.
More than 2,400 people, some 650 kids and 44 vendors participated in Harvest Hay Day this past weekend.
Laina Smith was a guest on the CKDR Morning Show Wednesday to announce the next event, the Laura Howe Haunt on October 15 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
It is for anyone aged 13 and up.
Smith says, “It will be starting at Government Dock at the trail entrance again with some minor changes. This year we were able to afford lanterns to light the trail. So phones and flashlights are not allowed anymore.”
She adds, “We are requiring that groups of youth must be accompanied by an adult. We do also have the OPP will be in the trail with the Ham Radio Club assisting for added security.”
The theme this year is “A Conjuring in the Marsh”.
