Cases of COVID in our region are down.
The Northwestern Health Unit is reporting a total of 149 cases confirmed through PCR testing in the past week.
There were 236 last week.
Most are in remote areas of the region, overseen by the Sioux Lookout Health Authority.
There are 15 other cases in the Dryden area and ten around the Kenora region.
The test positivity rate is also dropping from 17.7 per cent last week to 15.8.
There remain three declared outbreaks, two are in the Fort Frances area.
