Junior hockey returns to Sioux Lookout Saturday.
The new entry in the SIJHL for next season, the Bombers, are hosting an exhibition game between the Dryden GM Ice Dogs and Thunder Bay North Stars.
James Brohm is the Director of Communications and Marketing and says everyone is ready to go.
“It’s a big deal here. We’ve got a ton of support from our business community. We’ve got a ton of support from our Bombers fans, we call them ‘Bombers Nation’. Everyone is really excited.”
Brohm says they will unveil their home and road jersey’s in a special pre-game ceremony.
Tickets are available at Sioux Lookout Bombers and can be picked up at Catspaw Printing at 59 King Street or at the door.
Puck-drop is 7:30 at the Sioux Lookout Memorial Arena, otherwise known as the “Hangar”.
