Feeling lucky this weekend?
There’s more chances for you to support the community and win big.
The Dryden Trillium Lions ‘Catch The Ace, Progressive 50/50 Jackpot’ fundraiser continues with drive thru ticket sales.
“We’ll be set up in the Centre Parking lot Saturday (October 16) from 11am-1pm and people can show up with 10 dollars, we’ll assign them a ticket so they can be in next week’s draw where maybe we’re going to catch the ace of spades,” says member Patty Lyle.
Lyle explains, “A weekly winner gets 20 per cent of the weekly ticket sales and 30 per cent of weekly ticket sales go into the progressive jackpot, which is now over 79 hundred dollars and we’re hoping that it will soon be over 8 thousand. We’ve sold about 26 hundred tickets and that number grows every week, thanks to everyone’s tremendous community support and then half the money goes towards local charities.”
If you catch the ace of spades, your winnings go up to 50 per cent and each week the ace isn’t caught the jackpot continues to grow.
