In loving memory of Bradley Kevin Ouellette, age 48 years, who passed away in Dryden on October 15, 2020.
Brad is survived by his father Kevin (Margaret), sister Shelly (David), nephew Evan (Dallas), stepbrother Marty (Jody), stepfather Brian (Ursula), stepbrother Chris (Chelsea), nephews Jaxson and Dane, and special friend Amanda. He was predeceased by his mother Kathy in 2008.
Cremation has taken place and due to Covid 19 there will be no service.
