Another heat warning is in place for much of the region.
Area communities under the warning includes Dryden, Sioux Lookout, Ear Falls, Red Lake, Ignace, Kenora and goes to Thunder Bay as well.
Environment Canada says high temperatures near 30 degrees Celsius with humidex values in the mid to high thirties.
Overnight lows near 18 degrees Celsius will provide little relief from the heat as well.
Environment Canada also says hot and humid air can also bring deteriorating air quality and can result in the Air Quality Health Index to approach the high risk category.
