CKDR has shut down its last AM transmitter and installed a new, solid-state stereo FM system in the village of Hudson.
CKDR Station Manager Bruce Walchuk notes that ‘While the village is a very small portion of our listening audience, we committed to serving Hudson back in the 1970’s when we were licensed to place AM transmitters in five communities outside of our normal coverage area. The new FM transmitter in Hudson is part of our continued commitment to the district.”
CKDR serves Dryden at 92.7, Red Lake at 97.1, Ear Falls at 97.5, Sioux Lookout at 97.1, Ignace at 97.5 and now Hudson at 97.5
We are also heard by ‘live streaming’ at CKDR.NET and the ‘Radioplayer Canada app.’
