Jean Olga Hazlewood (nee Polischuk)
January 11, 1949 – June 24, 2019
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Jean Hazlewood on June 24, 2019.
Jean was born in Dryden, ON to Michael and Kathleen Polischuk. She lived in Kenora until 1961 when she moved to Eton Rugby.
Jean will be sadly missed by her sons Jim, Don and Randy all of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
She is also survived by her sisters Helen Romas (Jim) of Dryden, Linda Smith of Dryden, Mary Besyk (Brian) of Dryden and Lorraine Earle (Gary) of Dryden, 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Jean was predeceased by her mother Kathleen, father Michael, brothers Wayne, Ernie and Frank and one great-grandchild.
There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes will be held at a later date.
