The Ontario Federation of Labour is speaking out against the provincial budget and planned cuts.
Jerad Hunt warns the education sector will be among the hardest hit.
Hunt say they will lose up to 25% of the classes in post-secondary schools across the province.
Hunt notes that amounts to one in four teachers impacted.
He says they are also upset with the lack of details on how the Ford government will carry out the cuts.
Hunt says “to take $1-billion from social services is extraordinary and nobody knows how they are going to do it.”
A number of protests were held across the province last week.
