A golden anniversary is being recognized at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Dryden.
The Church is celebrating 50-years of operation and a number of events are planned from June 17th to 21st.
Pastor Jake Letkeman was a guest on the CKDR Morning Show Wednesday to encourage everyone to come by and help them celebrate.
Letkeman says on the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday they will be holding special services with music and visits from former Pastors.
On Saturday, there will be an Ice Cream Social with games and activities.
Sunday, there will be a special ceremony with some recognitions, speeches and a barbeque.
Letkeman adds pictures dating back to 1965 will be posted at the church to allow folks to reminisce about the old times.
