The City of Dryden is getting a chance to help celebrate a special anniversary.
The 30th Annual Northern Bands Hockey Tournament has been confirmed for March at the Memorial Arena.
Organizer Max Kakepetum says they are pleased to be back in the community.
Kakepetum says Dryden is the ideal location given the twin rinks, relationship with police and the resources around the community.
Kakepetum notes 36 teams will be in competition and stresses they look forward to working with the City to make it a memorable event.
He adds fans will some great hockey.
