Bill Latham is looking to secure a seat at the Dryden Council table.
Latham is running for Council and he says he would like to see more transparency at the municipal level.
He notes one of his priorities is lobbying for more money for infrastructure.
Latham adds he wants to create an environment that supports business development and economic growth.
Latham is also calling for a strategic plan and is planning to call for one within the first 6-months of the new council.
He adds keeping property taxes as well as water and sewer rates reasonable is another priority.
Latham believes the City isn’t going in the right direction and he wants to bring a positive outlook to the table.
Latham had 32-years of municipal experience as a paid employee before he retired.
