In a town rich of history and tradition, the Dryden Eagles have continued a proud tradition of their own, by advancing to the Elite 8 at the OFSAA Girls Volleyball Tournament in Perth. The picturesque town has been a thing of beauty for the Eagles as they advance to the Quarter-Final with a 2-0 win (25-19, 25-18) over the De La Salle Cavaliers from Ottawa.Dryden relied on serving in their first two wins, but showcased a stiffling defense against the Cavaliers, who came in as one of the Tournament favourites. The Eagles still have one more game and it's another big one at 6:30 cst.A Dryden win means they will secure first place in their pool.A loss gives the Eagles second and a berth in the next round. Dryden Eagles vs. De La Salle Cavaliers (Ottawa)Set 1 Dryden Eagles 25 vs. De La Salle Cavaliers 19Set 2 Dryden Eagles 25 vs. De La Salle Cavaliers 18
