The Northwest Training and Adjustment Board is trying to fill gaps in the workforce.
They are back out with their Employer One Survey for the Kenora and Rainy River Districts.
Executive Director Sonja Wainio says businesses are asked to take time to fill out the survey, asking a number of questions including employment barriers and hiring practices.
Wainio says they want to know if they are hiring, full or part-time, and what challenges are there for both employers and those looking for work.
She notes all information collected will be shared with government agencies as well as area school boards.
The Northwest Training and Adjustment Board is offering a cash incentive this year for businesses who participate in their survey.
Wainio says they are reaching out to all Chamber of Commerce offices.
For every business that completes the survey through the Chamber, that office will receive $25 from NTAB.
