Many reasons were cited for choosing Dryden including the 2 ice rinks for better co-ordination of the 60+ games that will take place .
The last few years have seen 50-55 teams with over 900 players in 6 divisions.
Organizers also say free Wi-Fi and concession stand will be available on-site at both arenas and everyone is welcome to attend.
Nicole Gale from the Dryden Development Corporation says the Little Bands Tournaments they have hosted in the past have gone well and provides great opportunities for local businesses and the community.
Councillor Mary Trist says the city is excited to have the tournament back in the area and wants to see some good hockey!
