Three missing anglers have been found safe and sound on the Winnipeg River near Minaki.
The O.P.P. say they received a report about the overdue
fishermen last night around 10:30.
They had gone out for a day of fishing on Gunn Lake and were last seen around 11:00 yesterday morning.
When they failed to return home by nighttime, family members notified police.
At daylight this morning, the O.P.P.’s Marine Unit went out
and located the trio on the shore of Rough Rock Lake.
They told police that their boat had struck a rock and damaged their motor.
