From summer to winter in just 24 hours in Northwestern Ontario.
Forecaster Ron Morrow of Environment Canada in Thunder Bay says the wacky weather is typical for this transitional time of year.
Morrow says warm air from the southern U.S. is often overtaken by cold arctic air from Hudson Bay which can account for rapid changes in temperature.
He adds more spring-like weather should return to the region by Sunday.
