Three people face drug trafficking charges following an investigation of an impaired driver in the Sioux Narrows area.
Provincial Police, with help of Treaty Three Police, stopped a vehicle Saturday morning on Highway 71 to investigate a complaint of an impaired driver.
During their investigation, police discovered 56 grams of cocaine in the vehicle with a street value of about $5,600.
26-year-old Kelli Morrison from Sioux Narrows, Sarah Copenace of Kenora and 30-year-old Craig Levande of Thunder Bay have been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
Levande also faces impaired driving charges.
