It’s been a couple of years since a northwestern Ontario road has made the top 10 list of Ontario’s Worst Road.
The 11th annual Canadian Automobile Association campaign is underway and Dufferin Street in Toronto was named the worst road last year.
Spokesperson Amy Orfanakos says local residents are urged to speak up and nominate a poor road.
A bad road can consist of potholes, pedestrian-cycling safety, bad congestion, poor or confusing signage and bad traffic signal timing.
Orfanakos says several roads on previous top 10 lists were fixed once they brought the attention to government leaders.
The deadline for nominations is April 17th.
