The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is looking into the crash of a small plane near Marathon.
The crash happened Tuesday morning around 11:30, but Provincial Police weren’t notified about it until the next day.
The crash site was found by the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre out of Trenton and search and rescue technicians about 60 kilometres east of Marathon
OPP says
the single engine Cessna 172 had been rented in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
There was no sign of the pilot at the crash scene.
