Hunters and anglers heading out on the water this fall should take note of new federal boating regulations.
Starting September 15th, anyone operating a boat under four metres long will need to have a pleasure craft operators card.
The Red Cross says the fine for not having the card will be 200 dollars while the study manual and test for the pleasure craft operators card is about 50 dollars.
