18 Office employees at the Dryden Weyerhaeuser Mill have ratified an exit agreement.
The deal is part of the company’s restructuring plan to minimize the impact of layoffs at the Mill.
It provides enhanced severance and early retirement packages.
While specific details can’t be released until other agreements are reached, the deal is above Ministry of Labour standards.
Discussions continue this week with CEP and Weyerhaeuser.
