Talk Of Just One Outdoors Card

Anglers and hunters could see some major changes to licensing and reporting in 2018.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry is updating its Licensing Automation System and they want your feedback.

The biggest proposed change is establishing one outdoors card to cover anglers and all types of hunters.

Currently, there are three different types of outdoors cards; fishing, hunting and apprentice.

The Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters believes the new outdoors card would likely have some sort of coded technology to show proof of an individual's accreditation and licence.
