A special day long information session is taking place Tuesday on White Dog First Nation as part of Missing Person Awareness Day.
Treaty Three Police and Provincial Police are teaming up to host the event.
Treaty Three Sergeant Cheryl Gervais says police want to help family and friends or anyone who has questions about missing person cases.
Gervais says they want to work with communities and break down the barriers to make people more comfortable about reporting missing persons.
She notes they did a similar session last year on Shoal Lake #39 and it was well received.
