The head of a Thunder Bay addiction treatment centre says shes thrilled with a recent court decision.
The province has been ordered to pay the family of a drug-addicted teen 150-thousand dollars because he had to seek treatment in the U-S.
The only centre in Ontario that treats drug-addicted teens is the Sister Margaret Smith Clinic in Thunder Bay.
Its director, Wendy Dolan, says thats likely to change as a result of the court decision.
Dolan says the waiting list for their program is two-and-a-half to three months long.
