A week off was just the remedy for the Dryden Ice Dogs as they won for the second time in as many nights against the Borderland Thunder. This time home ice was the venue as the Ice Dogs scored a 2-1 win to sweep the home and home series. Jordan Lamarche was credited for a goal mouth scramble marker while Tylor Desjarlais notched the winner. Breton Lindoff made 39 saves for his second win in a row. The Ice Dogs will now travel to Thunder Bay to take on the league leadin Fort William First Nation North Stars Friday and Saturday.
