Ice Dogs Move Into First Place

The Dryden GM Ice Dogs took advantage of a Minnesota team that was playing its third game in as many days.

The Ice Dogs were firing on all cylinders in a 14-1 whitewash over the Iron Rangers.

Jacen Bracko led the onslaught with 5-goals and 1-assist.

Ted Davis and Kris Hamlin added a pair of goals each.

Woody Galbraith, Conner Mowatt, Malcolm Huemmert, Carson Lux and Evan Walls added singles.

Landon Pavlisin made 19-saves for the victory.

Dryden GM is now first place in the SIJHL standings, two points ahead of Thief River Falls.

Thunder Bay is nine points back of top spot, after a 3-0 win over English River.

Former Miner Alex Maticic had a goal and an assist in the North Stars victory.
