Its official.
Larry Wintoneak is back as Coach of the Dryden Ice Dogs.
The man who guided the Ice Dogs to an SIJHL Championship 3 years ago, takes over from Jason Tatarnic who was let go last month.
Wintoneak says he is already starting to lay the foundation for next season’s team by talking to last year’s players as well as starting recruiting.
Wintoneak spent the past 2 seasons as Coach and General Manager of the La Ronge Ice Wolves of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League.
The Ice Dogs have not determined the rest of the coaching staff.
