The Dryden GM Ice Dogs have added some toughness to their team.
The Ice Dogs have acquired 19-year-old Conner Mowatt from the Drayton Valley Thunder of the Alberta Junior Hockey League.
The 6-foot-3, 194-pound forward played in 61-games with the Thunder and he recorded six assists and 135-penalty minutes.
Mowatt is expected to be in the line-up this weekend when Dryden GM faces the English River Miners.
Mowatt is from Nanaimo, B.C.
