5.6.10.SCPN.Zoey.jpg

Zoey: She was surrendered to us when her owner was not longer able to look after her. Zoey gets along well with all humans, however does not tolerate other animals. She definitely needs a home with experienced dog owners and where she is the only animal in the family.

5.6.10.SCPN.Lolita.jpg

Lolita: This pretty momma came to us from Sioux Lookout Pet Control ready to give birth at any moment. She has delivered 5 beautiful kittens and is doing a super job looking after them. They will be ready for adoption within the next month.

5.6.10.SCPN.Gracey.jpg

Gracey: Unfortunately some uncaring individual dropped off this lovely young lady in the country and left her to fend for herself. She was born late 2009.

5.6.10.SCPN.Ginger.jpg

Ginger: She’s the young daughter of Chi-Chi, born late 2009. She likes being with her mom, however now that she’s a young lady and place of her own would be better.

Chi-Chi: Chi-Chi and her daughter Ginger came to us from Sioux Lookout Pet Control.

Dryden’s Second Chance Pet Network provides a safe haven for surrendered and abandoned animals, pending their adoption into a loving, forever home.

To adopt and truly give one of these animals a second chance, call (807) 223-3335 or visit Triple F Pet Supply, 26 King Street in Dryden. You can also e-mail secondchancepetnetwork@drytel.net. You may follow our daily activities on Twitter through our spokeskitty, King the Cat. http://www.twitter.com/kingthecat

The Second Chance Pet Network is a not for profit organization that relies on the generous donations from the citizens of Dryden and surrounding area. All donations are graciously accepted.

The Second Chance Pet Network also manages the feral cat colony at the local landfill through a T-N-R program (trap-neuter-return). Donations of cat/dog food, Canadian Tire money, or Extra Foods Superbucks are all accepted for the Food for Pets program at Dryden’s Food Bank. A Kidz Klub is also in place for children.

New members and volunteers welcome. Foster homes are also needed to give dogs a second chance as well.
