Dryden GM Ice Dogs forward Eric Stout has been named SIJHL Player of the Week.
The 19-year-old from Brainerd, Minnesota is starting to return to his Rookie of the Year form from last season.
Stout scored twice to lead Team USA to a 5-2 win over Team Canada in the SIJHL All-Star game.
He followed that up with a two assist performance against English River.
Stout sits seventh overall in league scoring with 14-goals and 15-assists.
He's averaging over a point-per game with 29 in 21 outings.
Jacob Siebenga of the Miners also received consideration.
Stout is only the second Ice Dog to receive the honour this season.
Jacen Bracko was named Player of Week #1 in the SIJHL.
