It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David (Dave) James Peplinskie with his family at his side on June 3, 2017 at Riverview Health Centre.
Dave was predeceased by his parents Catherine and Benedict, mother in law Alvena Desserre, and sister Sylvia.
Left to forever love him is his wife Shenanda and her two sons James and Brenden Schneider, his son Jeffery (Alixes), his sister Ann (Len), father in law Chris Rudd. His sisters two children Rachel (Nick) and Gord (Arlene) whom he thought of as his own. He had two beautiful grandbabies Ellie and Trent. Dave had many family members who loved him, nieces and nephews Jayme and Brandon, Michael (Les), Katie (Kevin), and their families.
Cremation has taken place.
There will be a celebration of life at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 63, in Dryden, on Saturday, August 19th from 11am to 3pm.
If friends so desire, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
The family asks anyone who would like to share their memories of their time together working with Dave in his many years of Safety, either teaching or working on various job sites from Smithers, B.C. to Oakville, Ontario.
Dave was involved in bowling and he very much enjoyed fishing with his best friend Kenny, as they played darts while ice fishing as he called it! Dave had many friends in life who will truly miss him.
Honorary Pallbearers are Ken Lechelt, Allen Marion, Bob Durrie, Reg Turner, Rachel Devlin, and elwood Desserre.
